The final results of Sindh MDCAT 2026 have been announced by the SIBA Testing Service after a review of complaints submitted by candidates. The testing service said the results were prepared on merit and that all complaints related to the examination were addressed before the final list was issued. According to the final results, no student from Karachi secured a place among Sindh’s top 20 candidates, while the highest-ranked positions went to students from other parts of the province.
Karachi misses top 20
The outcome has drawn attention because Karachi, which hosted two major centres and sent thousands of candidates to the test, did not feature in the province’s top 20 list. The final merit-based result now forms a key part of the admission process for medical and dental colleges across Sindh, as candidates move toward MBBS and BDS admissions.
Merit, complaints and online access
SIBA Testing Service said the final MDCAT results were compiled after reviewing all complaints received about the examination. Candidates can check their MDCAT 2026 final results through the official SIBA Testing Service website. The announcement comes after the completion of the complaint-review process, with the testing service maintaining that the final results reflect merit.
Admission thresholds for MBBS and BDS
The final result is particularly important for students aiming for medical and dental college admissions in Sindh. According to the admission criteria, candidates must secure at least 55 per cent marks in MDCAT to qualify for MBBS admissions, while BDS applicants need at least 50 per cent marks.
